That aims to know the working system of four types of premium customers that include platinum, gold, silver and bronze customers and to know the price
rates of the four types . So, the authors conducted an analysis of premium services, the method used in this study is to know the amount of power needed,network patterns, as well as the selection of new distribution substation locations. By building GH (ConnectIng Substation) in the CPI region for maneuvering, as CPI is a premium customer Region.}
