ZI-TECHASIA DI JAKARTA SELATAN}, year={2021}, url={http://156.67.221.169/3673/}, abstract={The control panel is an electrical equipment that has the function of being able to regulate and control the electrical load in an electrical workshop or an industry that uses an electric motor as its driving force. In this activity, the planning of the MCC control panel is carried out especially for the supply of raw materials. The planning activities of the MCC control panel are carried out in such a way that this planning achieves its objectives within a certain time. This plan is carried out to control several motors that aim to transfer paint colors. In this plan, the author will implement a control panel system manually and automatically using PLC. In this final project, the calculation of current, current-carrying strength and overall load used is carried out. In the calculation of the current in the 3-phase motor which amounts to 12 and has a value of 18.5 kW, the result is 35.13 A. In the calculation of the current in the 3-phase motor which amounts to 1 and has a value of 11 kW, the result is 20.89 A. In the calculation of the KHA ( Current Conducting Strength) on a motor that is worth 18.5 kW the results obtained are 43.91 A and on a motor that is worth 11 kW the results obtained are 26.11 A. The load used is 3 of them 3-phase motors whose value is 35 A which amounts to 12 the total current obtained is 420 A, a 3-phase motor whose value is 20 A, which amounts to 1, the total current obtained is 20 A and the power socket which is worth 16 A is 1, the total current is 16 A. So all the total current in the overall load i.e. 456 A.} }
