The factor that reduces the useful life of the transformer can come from the load capacity served by the transformer, thereby reducing the performance of the transformer. Losses in the transformer can also affect the performance of the transformer and in this situation can cause the efficiency of the transformer to decrease. This final project aims to evaluate the performance of the transformer at the Kota Agung Substation caused by load fluctuations. Efficiency calculations were carried out with loss data from the transformer manual book and the remaining life of the transformer at the Kota Agung Substation was calculated using the equation from IEEE Std C57.91 IEEE Guide for Loading Mineral-Oil-Immersed Transformers. The results of this final project found that the average efficiency in March at the Kota Agung Substation was 99,2%. Then the percentage of loss of transformer life is 0,00578%, the average temperature is hot-spot still normal at 77,795°C, and the remaining life of the Kota Agung Substation transformer is 11,669 years.} }
