There is an internal transformer protection consisting of electrical and mechanical relays. According to recorded data on transformer disturbances at UPT Tanjung Karang in 2012-2016, mechanical relay disturbances occurred 4 times due to corrosive sudden pressure relays. The existence of EWARS serves to continuously moni-tor mechanical relays to prevent disturbances that have occurred as previously men-tioned. EWARS has settings on each channel where at 30V voltage becomes alarm 1, 50V voltage becomes alarm 2, and 70V voltage becomes a trip indication. Based on the results of testing the Omron relay to determine when the contact is active at a voltage of 80 V. If we compare the results of the Omron relay test with the calculation of Ohm's Law, we get a voltage result of 79.767 V with a difference of 0.233 V due to the tolerance of the mul-timeter measuring instrument.} }
