		abstract={Persada Office Park Building is one of the commercial buildings in which there are several companies, one of which is PT. Persada Sokka Tama which is located on the 7th floor of the Persada Office Park Building. where at PT. Persada Sokka Tama there are additional employees, it is necessary to expand the space, and there is an additional load, therefore it is necessary to design an electrical installation that aims to replace existing components or equipment into better and standardized components or equipment that refers to the General Electrical Installation Requirements (PUIL) 2011. By using the method of calculation and analysis it will know the components and equipment used. From the results obtained 3 types of lamps, namely PHILIPS TCW060 2xTL-D18W HF (38 Watt), PHILIPS TCW060 1xTL-D18W HF (19 Watt), and PHILIPS TCW060 1xTL5-28W HF (31 Watt), in addition to using calculations also using DIALux 4.13 simulation. the cables used are NYM 3x1,5 mm2, 3x2,5mm2, 3x4 mm2, 3x10 mm2, 3x16 mm2 and NYY 5x10 mm2. for the safety current rating used, namely MCB (1 phase) 2A, 4A, 6A, 10A, 35A, and MCB (3 phase) 50A, the total electrical power installed for the electrical installation of PT. Persada Sokka tama is 18631 VA, so that the power supplied from PLN is 23000 VA.}
