Anomalies that cause hotspots that often occur are caused by loose clamps, excessive load capacity and dirty/rusty, so it needs to be followed up as soon as possible. For this reason, routine measurements are needed as an early detection of hotspot anomalies by conducting Level 2 Inspection/In Service Measurement when the equipment is under load. To determine the occurrence of hotspots, it is necessary to measure temperature using the thermovision method, where the tool used is the Flir i50 thermo imager. The study was conducted at the GI 150 kV Balaraja Lama at the Sindang Jaya 1 conveying bay with the aim of recommending the results of the mathematical analysis test for the follow-up of the equipment condition. The results of the equipment condition in the analysis of 53 samples show that 47 equipment is still in good condition, 5 equipment is in 1 month measuring condition, 1 equipment is in a state of planning for repair, with a fairly good emissivity value close to the SRM value and a measurement accuracy value of 79.24%.} }
