PLN (Persero) for 2019 ? 2028 the projected average growth in electricity demand is 6.42% per year and the new and renewable energy mix target is 23%. PLTB is a renewable energy generator that converts wind kinetic energy into electrical energy. This study discusses the performance of wind turbines based on the power curve, the relationship between wind speed and the power coefficient and the causes of over and down ratings on the power curve in February 2021. The research method used is quantitative methods, namely by collecting data. from SCADA in the form of wind speed, power generated, curtailment data and turbine daily alarm. The results of the study show that the turbine performance experiences several conditions that cause deviations in the turbine power curve. The causes of over and down ratings on the power curve are the daily alarm of the turbine causing the wind turbine to shut down when maintenance is carried out and the plant control system frequency alarm which shows an indication of the system frequency exceeding the upper limit point causing a decrease in power. Then calculate the efficiency of the wind turbine to determine the relationship between wind speed and power coefficient and the result is that the SWT-3.6-130 type wind turbine can produce the best efficiency of 0.39 at a wind speed of 8 m/s} }
