		abstract={In improving the reliability of the Medium Voltage Cable Channel (SKTM) system on the distribution network, it is necessary to carry out periodic maintenance in order to reduce the number of SKTM disturbances. This assessment method research aims to determine the condition status of the SKTM cable against maintenance recommendations for further follow up. This test was carried out at PT. PLN UP3 Cikokol on the Architect Feeder Segment GI Maximangando-JTU 5 and Jet Pump Feeder Segment JTU 13-TG 392. The results showed that the status of the cable against the emergence of Partial Discharge. The PDIV value in the Maximangando-JTU 5 GI segment is 23 kV and the JTU 13-TG 392 segment is 11.5 kV. Then the PDEV value in the Maximangando-JTU 5 GI segment is 16.2 kV and the JTU 13-TG 392 segment is 8.7 kV. Then it can be interpreted that the PDIV and PDEV values for the Maximangando-JTU 5 GI segment with point 4 being bad enough for follow-up within a period of 1 year and the JTU 13-TG 392 segment with point 5 having poor follow-up status within a period of 6 months. In the Monitoring Witshstand Test, the two segments have no breakdown event so that the cable passes the test and the segment can be normalized.}
