One method use in this study is a diagram fishbone, fishbone diagram can be describe and explain the problem of using images of fish bone with their head as the subject and the bone as possibility problem and the results of the indentification are illustrated using RCPS (Root Cause Problem Solving) to provide the problem solving. The results of the analysis obtained, namely the occurrence of reverse power caused by protection failures in the circuit breaker generator and high watertemperature jacket water caused by 2 radiator vans that are damaged and the connects this incident is high temperature where there is damage to the radiator van , alarm function on the radiator must be work,visible and sound well by the operator so that the operator immediately opens the CB generator so that there is no reverse power happen.} }
