		abstract={Electrical  energy  consumption  in  Indonesia  continues  to  enhancement where it is not proportional to the energy source which is limited. According to data from ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) said that Indonesia is a country that has the greatest potential to make savings of electricity.
According to the policy of Government Regulation (PP) No.70 of 2009 on Energy  Conservation  of  energy  that  each  user  who  use  the  energy  equal  to  or greater  than  6,000  tons  of  oil  equivalent  (TOE)  every  year  required  to  conduct energy  conservation.  Electrical  energy  consumption  in Building  A  West  Jakarta Mayor  Office  is  qualified  enough  to  do  energy  conservation  views  from  the memorandum  of  payment  electricity  bills.  Basic  things  that  affect  is  such  as  the use of lighting systems in work hours are less efficient management.To  solve  these  problems,  so  we made  an  effort  to  audit  the  usage  of electrical  energy  using  backpropagation  algorithm  method  and   Mathlab  software which  aims  to  identify  opportunities  for  energy  savings  through  efficiency calculations  are  computerized.
