Harmonic distortion is one of the phenomena that causes defects current and voltage waves as a result of non-linear loads. This script describes the calculation to find the value of losses caused by harmonics on feeder and power transformers at the GI Balaraja. Based on harmonic measurements, the largest Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) on February 7, 2021 was 6.02% and the smallest on February 8, 2021, at 4.45%. Meanwhile, for Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) the largest current on February 3, 2021 was 8.02% and the smallest on February 8, 2021 was 4.72%. Based on the value of the short-circuit ratio that has been determined in IEEE std 519-2014, that this metal smelting customer has a maximum IHD current limit of 4% ( 3??<11), 2% (11??<17), 1,5% (17??<23), dan 0,6% (23??<35). Therefore, the value of losses on feeder as a result of harmonics ranges from 3,395 ? 9,81 kW, transformer power losses range from 17,59 ? 26,327 kW, the degradation of transformer capacity ranges from 3,35 ? 4,8 %, and the the degradation of transformer lifetime ranges from 0 ? 3,66 years out of 20.55 years (normal lifetime).} }
