		abstract={With the growth of the economy and population, this has led to a demand for loads that need to be routed with low voltage grids. The low voltage network is the downstream part of an electric power system network with a voltage of 400 volts. The research methodology uses descriptive quantitative methods. In this research, planning and installation of low-voltage network construction in the Ma Residence housing is carried out with materials recommending a transformer of 200 kVA with a total load of 117 kVA, 12 rods round 9 meter concrete poles, 3 x 70 twisted cables. mm² + neutral 500 meters long and ground or Ground TR 3 pieces. And in this study there is also a technical economic calculation with the payback period method based on an investment of Rp. 172,241,319 and a profit of Rp. 47,978,082/year. So the time is 3.5 years.}
