		abstract={The development of the property sector in big cities, especially the capital city of Jakarta, is starting to lead to vertical buildings or commonly known as apartments, this is due to the limited development area and the many industrial fields such as offices, shopping centers and residential houses built in the city center. The initial problem that arises from planning the distribution of electricity in apartment buildings is about the one-line diagram planning model in high-rise buildings.
This final project covers the procedure for planning the installation of electrical energy distribution systems with one-line diagrams, especially in apartment buildings with 20kV PLN power supply for electrical loads.
The calculation begins with calculating the total load from each unit to the load per distribution sub panel. In this plan, the building has a total of 24 floors and also has several different types of units. The total load installed on this building is 1570 kW, and for backup energy supply it uses 2 generator set with a capacity of 771 kW.}
