In this study, the calculation of voltage drop, technical losses, and the distribution of JP04 feeder expenses to JP15 feeder were only simulated using ETAP 16.00. Data was obtained from JP04 feeder who experienced a decrease in the quality of service voltage with a voltage drop of 2.04 kV (10.65%) with a feeder end voltage of 18 kV and a technical loss of 295.9 kW (4.38%). After load separation and simulation at ETAP 16.00, the voltage drop JP04 feeder to 609 V (3.06%) with the feeder end voltage of 19,447 kV and technical loss to 47.2 kW (1.3%). The voltage drop on the new feeder JP15 is 677 V (3.41%) with a refiner's end voltage of 19,456 kV and a technical loss of 31.2 kW(0.69%). So that the construction of the new JP15 feeder can improve the quality of service voltage in JP04 feeder.} }
