In the distribution system is one medium voltage distribution of 20 kV. The amount of load that a feeder has does not allow the voltage to be distributed to decrease. The demand for supply voltage made by the customer requires a very large amount of power. So that it can affect the voltage that flows in one of the feeders. Then the OLTC components are installed to support the quality of the voltage that will be delivered to the customer. Installation of the OLTC on one of the feeders requires an appropriate placement to get a good voltage quality. There are three solutions used to place OLTC on the feeder. In the first solution, the voltage on the secondary side is 19.99 kV while the voltage on the primary side is 16.81 kV. Then for the second solution, the voltage on the secondary side is 20 kV for Pertamina and 19.81 kV for the feeder end while the voltage on the primary side is 17.57 kV. And for the third option, the voltage on the secondary side is 20.35 kV while the primary side is 16.67 kV. The impact of OLTC installation on TMP at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Dumai is getting a better voltage. To get results in accordance with the TMP PLN UP3 Dumai, the placement of OLTC should have its own network without any burden from other customers.} }
