This requires PT PLN (Persero) as a provider of electrical energy services to distribute quality electricity. Electrical system reliability is important to calculate because to determine the quality and availability of electric power services to customers. Bukit Daun feeder in 2020 there are 51 disturbances with a total time of outage due to disturbances for 10 hours 44 minutes, therefore it is necessary to analyze the reliability index. In this research using quantitative approach with the research method is correlation. The calculation method in this research is the combined method of Section Technique and RIA, this combined method has the advantage of a simple calculation and uses parameters sustained failure rate and momentary failure rate, which makes the final results of this combined method more accurate in the research place. Based on the calculation using combined method of the reliability of Bukit Daun feeders in 2020, it has a SAIFI value of 9.02 failure/year and a SAIDI of 7.66 hours/year. If we compare this result to the parameter SPLN No.59 1985, it can be said that Bukit Daun feeder has an unreliable SAIFI and a reliable SAIDI.
