		abstract={Solar Power Plant (PLTS) is a power generation system that utilizes sunlight to generate electrical energy. One of the systems of PLTS is the On Grid system, where the On Grid system means that PLTS is connected to the PLN network, so if the electricity from PLN goes out, the PLTS On Grid system cannot operate or goes out too. PLTS installed in PIK Housing Jl. This Permai 7 No 3A catamaran uses an On Grid system with a capacity of 15 kWp. The total investment cost to install PLTS On Grid 15 kWp in this housing is Rp. 220,000,000.-. The initial investment cost of installing this PLTS system will payback for 6 years with a monthly profit of Rp 3,042,163, -. The PLTS system installed in PIK Housing Jl. Permai 7 No. 3A catamaran is effective or feasible to use. This is because the PLTS system has an efficiency value of 19.3% while the value of the performance ratio is obtained with an average of 85.5% from January to June 2021. According to the IEC, a PV mini-grid system is said to be effective or feasible to use if it has a performance ratio value of 70% to close to 100%.}
