PLN (Persero) with customers, therefore APP has an important role in the income of PLN. As we age, APP's quality and performance will decrease and this will have a major impact on APP's level of accuracy in measuring the amount of electrical energy used by customers. To reduce the value of the lost kWh meter, a kWh meter and current transformer (CT) error is checked using the Tera Portable CALMET TE-30 measuring instrument. So it is required to replace the CT which has an error value that exceeds the CT class accuracy limit of 0.5 so that it no longer decreases. From the measurement results before and after the replacement of the kWh meter and CT at one of the customers of the Regional Air Company obtained an increase in the value of the kWh meter which before replacing the value of the kWh meter the average daily usage was 38.93 kWh and after replacing the average value of the kWh meter per day increased to 52.42 kWh. With the difference in usage before and after the replacement of 13.125 kWh. The impact of replacing the kWh meter and CT, the accuracy level of the measuring instrument from the replacement results increased by 6.19% on average.
