		abstract={Electrical installation is a very basic thing from a residential building or other building, so that the building can become a building that has the function we want, the installation must be properly considered and must comply with existing standards. In Indonesia, the design of electrical installations has been regulated in the General requirements for Electrical Installations (PUIL) in 2011. In carrying out the design, the use of power and electrical loads are regulated. In this case, it is intended to create a comfortable room with efficient and not excessive use of power. The main purpose and objective of the design of electrical installations is to meet the needs of electric power in the house up to increased power in the future, to ensure the safety of all users of electric power in the house. The power requirement to supply equipment installed in each boarding room is 1,261 watts, while for public areas the power requirement to supply equipment is 4,141 watts. From the results obtained, the budget required for the installation of this development installation is estimated at Rp. 56,446,850 including connection fees for 17 customers 1300 VA R1 for boarding rooms and customers for the public with a power of 4400 VA}
