		abstract={The purpose of this study is to help the inventory of inventory data and the lending process of goods at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pembangkit Tello Makassar. The inventory and lending inventory system are still conventional, where inventory data can only be seen if the admin accesses SAP,which is where the data will be mixed with data items that are not inventory. As for lending, employees who want to borrow inventory are not in the data, lending is only limited to the verbal sector of procurement. The impact of borrowing that is not recorded in the absence of historical data lending records, and the number of items damaged but it is unknown when and by whom the goods are damaged. So that the system is detrimental to the company. The method used in this research is the Unified Software Development Process (USDP) method. USDP is a methodology for software development, primarily object-oriented software. The application made by the author for this research is web-based. The results obtained using the ISO 9126 assessment indicator are that the application can work well with an assessment level of each point above 50% on average}
