		abstract={The limited technology and human resources at the Jayapura City Public Works Department has always been the main focus of the tender process that runs at the Jayapura Public Works Office. The entire length of the tender process made this process not run well because of the length of the bureaucracy that each bidder had to go through which could take approximately 2 months just to get the winning bidder. To date, the Jayapura City Public Works Department has received and implemented several project requests related to the civil engineering field. Hearing the amount of funds in the administration case or the amount of money related to the Tender in Jayapura City, the local Government is tidying up with plans to plan e-tender activities that will make the Jayapura City Public Works Office and will be implemented by the Jayapura Public Works Office to support activities of the Industry Movement 4.0 in the Public Works Office Jayapura. Therefore, by making a Web-Based Tender Selection Application, it is hoped that it can help Jayapura Public Works Department to facilitate the practical and online tender process for each tender participant, while it can also be used to properly support decisions in accordance with what has been agreed.
