In this study, researchers will predict the number of new passport applications at the TPI Kendari Class I Immigration Office with the aim of providing an overview of the number of new passport applications in the future using the Double Exponential Smoothing method. The accuracy calculation is done using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The data used are data on the number of new passport applications as many as 24 data starting from January 2018 to December 2019 obtained from the Immigration Class Office TPI Kendari. The results of data analysis of the number of new passport applications at the TPI Kendari Class I Immigration Office, obtained an increase in the number of new passport applications when compared to the previous year with the parameter value for the Double Exponential Smoothing method is ? = 0.7 and the MAPE value is 26.74%.} }
