In this point disbursement using the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm. This algorithm is used to find out which part of the region is in need of water based on the soil moisture value. There are two soil moisture sensors that will take the value of soil moisture. The use of a solenoid valve, which functions as a shutoff valve and opens the water flow, functions to make the water flow towards the target area based on the results of the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm process. The results of this study indicate an error value of 33.33% with the Mean Absolute Percentage Error testing method. Then for testing the tool, using the black box method resulted in all tool components working properly.} }
