		abstract={Schedulling is an arrangement of resources to complete tasks involving assignments, resource, and time. The division who organize production scheduling is Planning Production and Inventory Control (PPIC) which is making schedule for production process is done by planner is input customer order data and date for production manually. The purpose of the research is optimizing scheduling production which often there are errors caused by human error. The result of the errors found affects of the company?s performance. By using Genetic Algorithm where this method can optimize scheduling production with predefined parameters. By validating using the MAPE method on the results of 5 times testing, the result for Genetic Algorithm accuracy rate of 53,2% with an error value is 46,8%}
