		abstract={This research aims to develop and build an application for official travel reports. In this research, the application uses an e-budgeting process approach which includes processes such as making plans for outcomes, choosing budgeting for
outcomes, carrying out program implementation by making reports on documents or physical evidence related to official travel activities, monitoring the use of official official budgets used. during the last activity evaluating the use of the
official budget, and improving the activity of using the official budget and agreeing with official policies on official travel activities. The official travel report application is designed using the Prototype software development method. Application testing is carried out using black box testing to determine the functionality of each running feature accordingly or not and white box testing to determine the workflow of the application's internal logic. Based on the research results obtained, the official travel report application can report official travel activities as well as
information on the use of official budgets properly.}
