		abstract={This study will discuss the design of a system for selecting outstanding employees using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Aims to help the head of the department to select outstanding employees in PDAM Surakarta City. This application research method using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In designing applications using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams which include use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams. From the UML that has been designed then made into a programming language using PHP and MySQL as the database. Then finally the application was tested using a black box. The implementation of this application design results in an application that can help the head of the department to select outstanding employees}
