Complaints in this way can make incoming complaint reports stack up, making it difficult for BSFU to determine which complaints should be dealt with first, which can slow down the complaints settlement process because the complaints process is long running. In the development of the system, this research uses the waterfall method. At the coding stage using SAW method as a method of prioritize the improvement of incoming complaints with the criteria that have been set, namely: the level of interest of complaint complaints, the room/ place complained, the scope of the Affected User with incoming complaints and the order of entry of complaints. Based on the black box testing results, the functionality of this application is already as expected. The result of UAT calculation is obtained 85% result that describes the application is well received by the User} }
