Water quality that does not meet health requirements can endanger the health of its users. The design of this water quality measuring instrument is based on Arduino UNO. The method in testing water quality is to test the sample which is then measured using a design tool that has been made. The output from the results of the tool testing is then sent to the monitoring web page via the GSM module. The water quality measurement system gets input from several sensors such as a pH sensor, temperature sensor, and a TDS sensor. In the test results of this water quality measuring instrument, the C4.5 algorithm is applied to determine the classification of the water quality results tested and can be displayed via LCD, and monitoring web pages. Through validation testing, using the C4.5 algorithm, an accuracy value of 70% is generated} }
