		abstract={Today's technology is very helpful in doing activities because of the ease of data exchange. Because of the ease of data exchange there needs to be a security system to protect data security, especially on a website. Therefore the author creates a security system by applying the encryption process to the URL of a website using a combination of the Advanced Encryption Standard AES 128 algorithm and the Rivest Cipher RC4 algorithm. The implementation of the encryption process on URLs results in better data security than ever before based on website security tests using the Web Cruiser Web Vulnerability Scanner. The test results showed no gaps in the website after implementing the encryption process so that it could avoid cyberattacks such as SQL injection and Cross Site Scripting or XSS.}
