		abstract={The PLN Institute of TechnoIogy is a university with a background in energy and eIectricity. This tertiary institution has a vision of "To become an internationaI cIass, modern, independent, and superior university in the fieId of energy and technoIogy that is environmentaIIy sound". Based on this vision, it is onIy naturaI for IT-PLN students to have basic insights about eIectricity, one of which is how eIectricity reaches customers. One of the introductory media that can be used is augmented reaIity. This appIication is intended for new IT-PLN students because based on the resuIts of the survey the majority of IT-PLN new students do not yet understand eIectricity transmission and distribution. To buiId an augmented reaIity appIication, the introduction of eIectricity transmission and distribution processes by creating interfaces, making markers, creating objects, coding stages and finishing. This study examines the appIication path and tests the markers that have been made. The resuIt of this test is that the appIication can run as desired.}
