		abstract={The process of meeting activities is an important matter of an agency, both from preparation to reporting the meeting itself. At the Ngaliyan Sub-District office, the process of reporting the meeting is still uses a fairly manual method that is still using paper in the process of procuring meetings both in recording the results of the minutes in the ledger to the attendance records of meeting participants. The use of manual or conventional methods is not wrong. But, it is felt to be less efficient and effective in a period of high mobility supported by developments in technology and information in this decade. The disadvantage of using paper as a supporting media for the meeting process is the possibility of physical damage from paper. With that, we need an application that can help the Ngaliyan Sub-District office to manage the meeting activities that were held. This application is effective to overcome these problems.
