		abstract={Poverty is a condition where a person or society is incapable or difficult to obtain a worthy daily need. The family hope Program is one of the Government's steps to face the problem. The process of screening poor families in South OKU district is still using a manual process by conducting surveys by visiting the residence of each prospective beneficiaries and recording the verification results using the validation form. Obstacles that often occur in the process of determination of poor family are errors in data when verifying poor families. The data used to conduct surveys and verification of prospective beneficiaries is not entirely accurate as the data is not regularly updated, causing the beneficiaries of the Harapan family Program to be untimely. Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) is a method to be used in the process of referencing beneficiaries. The SMART method will do the calculation of the criteria and parameter values to be used, the result of the final value of the calculation is the rank that sort the alternatives according to the criteria specified}
