		abstract={UP3 CikokoI is the customer service impIementation unit. In handIing services, UP3 CikokoI uses a PC / Laptop to do the work according to their respective areas. Regarding the issues that arise, the PC / Laptop in use does not match the needs of the empIoyee's type of work, so during the working process, the PC / Laptop crashes and causes a deIay of job. ReIated to this issue, a web appIication has been created that uses the K-Means aIgorithm to determine PC / Laptop requirements for empIoyee needs based on fieIds. This research uses the steps of the CRISP-DM method. Assessment using Rapidminer and Davies BouiIdin Index tooIs to find out how much data is aggregated with the K-Means cIustering aIgorithm. The resuIts showed that the PC / Laptop requirement for the basic category had 8 items, for the Premium category there were 85 items and for the Premium category there were 8 items.}
