		abstract={Performance evaluation is an evaluation activity that is carried out by various activities on the scope of the company. Each month, the assessor will observe the achievement of the employee's individual performance and assessment goals. In its implementation, the assessor has difficulty in determining the weight of the assessment of the employee who will be given an assessment in each semester and the assessment system also does not use the method. Seeing the problem is that the employee assessment process requires website-based methods and applications to classify employee performance evaluations in order to make it easier for the company to determine the performance of its employees. The TOPSIS method provides several criteria with structured calculations, so as to produce an alternative solution to determine the individual assessment of employees. The result of this research in the form of information system created is the embodiment of the needs of the system that runs into a proposal system designed to facilitate the assessment officer in determining the assessment of individual employees without having difficulty in determining of weight and criteria and assessment of individual employees}
