		abstract={Career and Alumni Services Agency (BLKA) of the institute Technology PLN, whose task is to develop the competence of graduate college students to be the best, both soft skills and hard skills. BLKA difficulties in mapping the learning style, interests and talents of college students from the first semester. The mapping can be started from an assessment taken from the results of the psychological test which can then be useful for providing stimulus for increasing competence such as training, sharing sessions, public lectures and others. And therefore required the application to give a assessment on 4 factors: personality, intelligence, learning attitude and interest of college student work. This application is implemented using the backward chaining method. The backward chaining method is one of the expert system methods where the reasoning starts from the conclusion (goal) by looking for a set of supporting hypotheses. Based on the test results, the application determines the results of intelligence, personality, learning attitudes and work interests of college students and can provide information to BLKA and college students of the institute Technology PLN.}
