		abstract={Management is one of the main foundations in the continuity of a business. Without management, a business struggles to manage its business properly. Examples include Sanjai Balado Zivanez's Chips business unit. They have obstacles such as difficulty in controlling the stock of their goods. It happens because of the request of the commission that is not bers. therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the sales prediction of sanjai balado chips for the upcoming period using the Single Moving Average method. To measure the relative error prediction is measured by the calculation of Mean Abbsolute Percentage Error and RMSE. This study produced relatively relative results of prediction errors in the Single Moving Average 3 Period was 3.984883312%. while the Single Moving Average 5 Period amounted to 4.186951953%. this indicates that the Single Moving Average 3 Period method is more accurate compared to the Single Moving Average of 5 Periods}
