		abstract={Queuing is a process that causes many people to gather in one place, or it can be interpreted as waiting lines to get a service. The purpose of this writing is to reduce the queues that occur when people pay vehicle taxes and help people in paying motorized vehicle taxpayers using the Fifo (first in first out) method. In general, it can be simulated in the research process that has been made using the Fifo (first in first out) method. The queue only occurs when the customer is already registering and paying vehicle tax, there will be a queue in the system and will sort the customers who make payments first and wait for notification and ends with the release of document retrieval no. This system is designed using the PHP programming language with the MySQL database and uses the Fifo (first in first out) method to sort the queues that occur when the user is paying vehicle tax.}
