In this study the authors plan to make a tool that can detect fatigue in online motorcycle taxi drivers. This tool is in the form of a jacket equipped with a pulse heart rate sensor that can detect the rider's heart rate per unit time which is usually expressed in beats per minute (bpm). This sensor is placed on the surface of the skin above the arteries of the left wrist of the jacket to detect the heartbeat. Heart rate data from Pulse heart rate sensor is processed by NodeMCU ESP8266 with the adaline method to get the percentage of fatigue. If the percentage value is greater than the predetermined value, then this indicates that there is fatigue in online motorcycle taxi drivers, and the system provides fatigue notification in the form of sound from buzzers and text messages on the driver's smartphone. In the text message notification the driver is asked to immediately rest and the driver can find out how much the fatigue and heart rate of the driver.
