		abstract={The application of classifying public complaint reports is made because in the process of complaints by the community, an admin must select the data of disturbances one by one to be able to follow up on the existing public complaint reports. Naïve Bayes is a method that uses probability calculation where the algorithm utilizes probability and statistical methods that predict future probabilities based on previous experience. The application of the naïve bayes classifier method with text mining as an initial data processor of the complaint report classification application can be concluded that this research yields an accuracy of 90% probability value and proves that the naïve bayes method can be used to help classify complaints reports sent by the public.}
