One of the most important things in the management of human resources (HR) in a company is the selection of the best employees in each year so as to stimulate employee morale in improving performance. However, the employee performance evaluation process is still felt to be not optimal because the assessment process is still objective. So that makes some employees feel dissatisfied with the results of these determinations. This study applies the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization On The Base Of Ratio Analysis) method as a Decision Support System method in determining the best account manager with the following criteria: meeting with new customers, meeting with old customers, offering prices with new customers, profit , timeliness of attendance, and attendance.} }
