This notification will be sent to an Android smartphone if the patient's condition is experiencing recurrence of symptoms of heart disease through the Pushbullet application that has been installed on a family smartphone, clinic or doctor. The contents of this notification are the patient's condition, the last heart rate value, and the google maps link that will show the patient's last position. From the position obtained from the google maps link, the system will determine the closest clinic that will immediately provide first aid to these patients. In this study the NodeMCU microcontroller was used as the control center of all components used, Heart Pulse Sensor as input to get the Beat Per Minute (BPM) value from the patient's, and the Neo 6MV2 GPS module to get the last coordinate value where the last patient's position. The method used to determine the location of the nearest clinic from the patient's position is using the Greedy algorithm. The results of this study indicate the accuracy of the Heart Pulse Sensor used is 25% - 30%and the GPS module used has a difference in the distance reading as far as meters from the real condition in the field. While for the Greedy algorithm that was used in this study, it was successful in showing the location of the clinic closest to the last position, but this Greedy algorithm could not find the most optimal route from the location of the clinic to where the last patient potition} }
