PLN (Persero) Kantor Pusat)}, year={2019}, url={http://156.67.221.169/4427/}, abstract={The purpose of this study is to make a decision support system for the administrative selection stage of the internship program at PT PLN (Persero), which is currently still collecting data manually by inputting employee data into Microsoft Excel by sorting employee data according to established criteria covering work period , education, performance, and age that cause the process of determining the number of employees who pass the administrative selection takes a long time and there is an inaccurate determination of employees in administrative selection. This study uses the development of the waterfall method which has sequential stages, namely: needs analysis, system design, coding and testing. At this coding stage using the TOPSIS Method as a ranking method that has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution with criteria set by the company, namely: years of service, education, performance, and age. Based on the results of calculations using these 4 criteria, the TOPSIS method has an accuracy rate of 100%. The results showed that the TOPSIS method could help the administrative selection process and determine the employees who passed the administrative selection stage of the apprenticeship program from the ranking results using the black box testing method.} }
