Most Assistants have never analyzed and diagnosed computer probelms so an expert system application needs to be made to assist the Assistant in conducting consultations related to computer problems quickly and easily. This expert system uses the Forward Chaining method as a process of tracing symptoms based on rules that have been made in the decision tree and Certainty Factor as a value to assume the degree of confidence from expert on the results of the diagnosis. The results of this research are web-based applications. This application was tested with a User Acceptance Test (UAT) in the form of a questionnaire given to the Laboratory Assistant and obtained a percentage of UAT results 95.45%, which means the application has been accepted and according to user requirements. The results of the Certainty Factor test method in this application were performed with 39 diagnoses from 11 early symptoms and obtained an average CF percentage 78,24%.} }
