Latex is a sap that is obtained from the tapping field of a rubber tree. The effect of pH can affect the stability of the rubber, in measuring the pH of the latex rubber farmer in the village of Mulya Asri using the method of dripping the sap on the index finger and rubbed with the thumb. The result is only an estimate limited to knowing the dilution of the sap. This method is only qualitative in nature and cannot be used as a reference. Therefore, a tool was designed to measure the pH value of the community rubber plantation latex in the arduino-based Mulya Asri village using the Fuzzy Logic method. The fuzzy logic method is used because it can classify pH values based on language variables (linguistic variables) expressed by degrees of membership whose values are between 0 and 1. For membership degrees the Latex pH values are grouped into five categories: low, acidic, normal, basic and high. Then the results will be sent and stored in a database to be displayed on the website. For the ISO 9126 test results on the design of pH gauges and monitoring systems the pH value on the latex is 73% (Good)} }
