		abstract={Sekolah Tinggi Teknik PLN (STT PLN) is a tertiary institution in Indonesia
under the auspices of the education and welfare of PT. PLN (Persero). In its
expansion, STT PLN cooperated with many parties to make rapid developments
for advancement in employment opportunities and the quality of education. In
conducting cooperation, STT PLN has a Legal Document consisting of a
Memorandum of Understanding and a Cooperation Agreement that must be
monitored properly. Therefore, a breakthrough was made that can help monitor
the course of cooperation well, namely creating a web application for monitoring
legal documents that can help the STT PLN more easily monitor the progress of
a collaboration report if it has been implemented or not implemented. Besides
that, it can also assist in notifying the validity of a legal document, so there are no
mistakes in the extension and termination of cooperation with related parties. In
this research the researcher used the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
in developing software with the waterfall method. Software design uses UML
(Unified Modeling Language). In the other hand database design uses MySQL
and coding uses the PHP programming language. Based on the results of this
research collaborative monitoring application research assists to monitor legal
documents in collaboration with any party due to the structured cooperation
activities and the legal period of legal control.}
