		abstract={The International International Technology Certification Center (ITCC) is one of
the implementing agencies for certification at the STTPLN academic community
to support certification activities in the IT field. In the process of registration and
scheduling, it still takes more than one week. Because it still uses the manual
method of scheduling certification groups. Therefore, to overcome these
weaknesses, a web-based registration and scheduling application is designed.
The method used in the development of this system is the Fisher Yates Shuffle
method with the testing method using Black Box Testing.}
