		abstract={This thesis discusses the presence using the QR Code. Many systems today are
easy to access online anywhere and anytime. The development of the internet is
developing so rapidly and continues to innovate and create new breakthroughs.
In improving the quality of the learning system when the tutoring takes place that
is the QR Code scan presence system to record student attendance properly.
This presence system was created using Android Studio with the Java
programming language and the Web was created using Notepad ++ with the PHP
Programming Language. Potential is based on location. With the stipulated
distance. Where that means if the student is more than the distance specified,
then the student cannot make a presence that is considered as a student who did
not enter. This application was tested using the Black Box method.}
