		abstract={The Purpose of this study, the application development of Application Electricity
Usage Control P2TL on website. In PT.PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru area processing
data of P2TL and Normal findings having flaws cause no reminder about P2TL
costomer status specified,and assignment status updates.So Application Monitoring
of Management P2TL to manage postpaid electricity customer data, to inform on
checking P2TL reports and notification information of P2TL status in
PT.PLN(Persero) Pekanbaru Area. And for data integrity and accuracy of meter
reading. This application there are two views of the application display monitoring
(Web Monitoring) and P2TL Information System input applications (SIP2TL).The
application development Monitoring of Management P2TL is made using User
Centered Design (UCD) method as the software development system, using UCD
method to produce products by client requirement. Then the application tested using
ISO / IEC 9126-1, with the test divided into 6 (six) main characteristics of
Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Portability, Maintainability obtained
reliability analysis results of 91,7%, this system belongs to the category very good.
Thus, the development of Application Monitoring of Management P2TL can be used
to help Admin Area and P2TL Officer to monitor customer's findings data both P2TL
findings and normal findings in PT.PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru area}
