The V-Assistant application aims to assist assistants in serving information about lecture reports and schedules. V-Assistant was built using the Messaging API and Cosine Similarity in the information search process. The Messaging API is used for data communication between users and the V-Assistant system. While Cosine Similarity is part of the V-Assistant system for information retrieval by calculating the level of document similarity and combined with if else condition for checking information. The results of this study V-Assistant using the Cosine Similarity method can be used for relevant information media. Based on the test results, precision has a value of 60% and a recall of 100%. This proves that the results obtained by Cosine Similarity are considered quite relevant with precision values of 60% while with a recall of 100% proves that the Cosine Similarity method has a high success rate in categorizing types of questions.} }
