		abstract={The development of the use of the android operating system on smartphones has
improved. In various intansi as well as many companies that have taken
advantage of android applications. In this case, the authors want to participate in
the development of information technology in the form of a mobile application is
an official travel based in Sekolah Tinggi Teknik PLN which this application will
be easier for employees in carrying out the official trips such as don?t need to
input data travel manually, employees can share location of his official journey as
reporting evidence of official travel and notification activities as a reminder for
employees to share location of official travel based. In outline, this android mobile
application will be integrated with the web application of official travel based
command letters the web for the submission of travel services that have been
used so that using web service rest. The conclusion gained is this application
allows employees in carrying out travel service via android mobile connected web
service rest by adjusting the needs of users. And this application also simplify the
administrative process of employees while carrying out the official trip.}
